Michigan born and raised, I began my education in culinary arts and the foodservice industry during High School in 1991, joined the Pizza Industry starting as an associate with Little Caesars, after graduating I took the opportunity to work many food service jobs, before returning to the industry with Pizza Hut, the no.1 pizza franchise in the U.S.A., after four years with them I switched to Dolly’s pizza, with whom I am currently employed.
Now it is 2008 and I have accumulated over 15 years experience in the pizza industry. Throughout those years I have been able to absorb tips and tricks like a sponge soaking up lots of knowledge of this business. I am also an aspiring entrepreneur, and long to own and operate my own business, preferably a pizzeria.
